My bad.

I seem to have forgotten to post for a few days. Not much to talk about anyway.
I got a game off the internet; Shin Megami Tensei Imagine. Its a pretty decent game considering its a free MMO based on the Persona universe. I would suggest trying it if you want but its nothing to go into hysterics over.
The Resident Evil 5 demo was pretty good. When I downloaded it, it seemed no different from Resi 4 but then it changed tones and then you get attacked from all sides by a group of villagers. Some of its tense and I mean tense but because of the retarded AI they put inside Sheva it loses marks in my opinion. The chainsaw guy is also incredibly difficult although I have only attempted twice at killing him.

I may just give up with the plans of completing specific games for now and just aim at completing any game because I haven't got the motivation nor the time to get it going what with exams coming up.
I went on Halo 3 online today, took part in the CoD4 tournament yesterday and I assume the group of people I was playing in lost. But I think we did well and worked as a team even though we were one man down. We lasted about 8 minutes against some great players on Crash playing Sabotage. We did well.

Thats about it. Not much else has happened. So I guess I will update later, probably Saturday when I remember/have the time.
Until then.

My God...

Resident Evil on the Gamecube. Hard? Understatement of the century.
I was playing it yesterday, trying to get further than I had done and I did then I died. And I died again. And again. IT NEVER ENDS. I put it on Easy, started playing as Jill because I read that it was easier and it is still god damn impossible. I may have to just get a guide off the internet. RE4 WAS NEVER LIKE THIS! I WAS LIED TO BY THE SIMPLICITY OF IT. HOW DARE YOU CAPCOM.
So I decided that RE3 was a better option for now. I put it on Easy and I'm now in the Police Station. Neither of the two games had scared me until Nemesis jumped through that window, scared the living crap out of me. Now I'm lost with Nemesis waiting outside my door about to bash me with his Rocket Launcher. Its going to be a long ride.

With that over, I have some other news and things I wanted to add yesterday but I didn't.
I was planning on saving up for a new PC from Dino PC, but I think I'm better off saving when I have a job before I do that. So instead, I may buy World of Warcraft; Burning Crusade and play it with someone I know. I loved that game so much but I can't keep up with the costs and I have exams soon so its a bit awkward. We'll see what happens but I think that after my exams I'm going to go straight into it again and play with my friend.
I think I might screw Guild Wars and Neverwinter Nights for now - they're just there for fun I guess. I might get rid of Guild Wars for now because I rarely play it but it'll mean I have no games on my PC. Instead I might install something like my Star Wars; Best of PC selection because in total they take up 14GB or so and Guild Wars takes about a fair bit less.

I guess that's all for now. I've got a little tournament on CoD4 next Wednesday night but I'll pretty much suck at it. I may have to drop out if the 360 can't get onto Live but it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Resident Evil 5 demo on Monday. Oh, only if you have a 360 though. If you don't then you should. They have the better games on the market at the moment. PS3 is good but I think its just ahead of the Wii in terms of the quality of games. But I would rather have a Wii than a PS3 I think, even though I already have a Wii.

And Merry Wintereenmas to all!
I'm not doing anything special for it but I guess my gaming will take over for the next week even though I have more important things like Homework to do.

How to start?

So, this is my first post on my first blog. How odd. I never really thought about doing anything like this until about half an hour ago. Ah well, I know what my plans are for this. But I don't know what I'm doing. I guess I better get to the point really.

So I started this blog as a way of detailing what I'm doing in terms of progress of my games. I want to complete the majority of them but I am never dedicated enough to finish a lot of them. So to start of my spree of completion I selected some games that I need to complete by the end of this year. Sure, it should be pretty easy but I am a generally unreliable person which means it will be quite tough on my end. Any way, the games I selected are;

1. Resident Evil (Gamecube)
2. Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (Gamecube)
3. Mass Effect (360)
4. CoD4 [on Veteran] (360)
and this is not a certain but it will either be
5. Neverwinter Nights (PC)
OR
6. Guild Wars Faction [Lvl 20] (PC)

Both of the Resident Evil games I bought today because I never play my Wii due to the lack of many decent games on there and the fact I've always had an interest in the franchise, I've just never been spurred on to play it.
Mass Effect has been with me for a while and it holds a place in the vault of my gaming joys. It truly is a great game but I have a problem with all RPG's where if I leave them for a week or two I have the urge to make a new game and delete the previous one. So I am going to finish it.
CoD4 has plenty of achievements waiting for me. I just can't seem to get them though. I'm not the best player in the world at CoD4 and never will be but I think that I can make it through without a huge amount of trouble.
Neverwinter Nights also gains my troubles with RPG's. Because of my problem I need to start over and over again and I can't stand some of it so that's why I put it in a conditional list with Guild Wars. Guild Wars has go to be one of my favorite MMO's but I play it with a friend and I don't play it without him. So I'm either on my own on Prophecies or with him on Factions and I prefer Factions so I must complete it at some point.
So that's pretty much it for now. I will add which one of the two conditional games I will pick at a later time but for now I think I better get started on Resident Evil. Being a Saturday, I will no doubt stay up night playing that and probably scare myself witless but who cares - I must be proud and take it like a man.

Its time to finish this.

PS. My internet has been playing up today and I'm starting to get fed up with it. For God's Sake, sort it out Virgin.
And don't forget, tomorrow is the start of Wintereenmas. I only just remembered, so how fitting to start my gaming anthology here.
